The London Health Show 2016!

Hello my lovelies,

So, I will be attending The London Health Show on Wednesday 20th January 2016 at Olympia!

2016 is the year to start pushing myself beyond my usually comfort zone! To me, this means that I want to partake in more physical challenges for charity AND…….I am planning to go 100% vegan!!!

So I thought……what better way to kickstart my 2016 year of physical achievement than by attending The London Health Show!

Channel Four’s Dr. Christian Jessen will open the show on 20th January, followed by key announcements from Christine Bailey, Dr. Leah and many more.

The likes of Zumba Fitness, HulaFit, Jumping Fitness among others will all showcase demo’s where attendees can partake in live exercise classes at our Live Demo Floor.

Virgin Active, Superdrug, Decathlon, Desert Camels Milk, NutriCentre, Fitness First, NHS, Pip and Nut, The Gym Group, among many others will all be exhibiting too.

The event covers six sectors: Nutrition and Supplements, Beauty and Anti-Ageing, Complementary Health, Sports and Fitness, Organic and Natural Products, and Healthcare Equipment and Technology.

The two-day event will host over 50 top-level speakers, with headline talks by John Treharne, CEO of The Gym Group on the ‘Increasing Focus on Health and Fitness in the Public Investment Arena’ and Dr. Leah, Founder of Dr. Leah Skincare and Clinic and the winner of BBC’s The Apprentice in 2013, on ‘Cutting Edge Innovation in Anti- Ageing Product and Service Offerings’.

Any of you care to join me??

If you see me, come and say hi!!!

Lots of love,
